This and this page have photos of German people's Cosplay. Wow, they do a very good job. I am so impressed with this guy's "Lupin the third." That color of jacket means it is the first Lupin of the series. My favorite one is Gaiko of Doraemon. She is a sister of Gian and she is violent too. Look at her. Cute and exactly Gaiko chan!!

Talking about Cosplay, foreign people had a Halloween party(?) but it was an issue on the Internet because they did a "Yamanote train jack." I really don't know -- is it usual for people to enjoy Halloween like that?  It was in disfavor for Japanese.

I mentioned a Gymnasium cafe would open. Today I found their official site. Here is the picture of inside. Those cute boys in school uniform will serve drinks and food for you. I won't be able to relax and can't enjoy coffee in such a mood.

If you were asked, "Give me a delicious food photo!" What kind of food photos would you give? Here are Japanese people's (looks like most are guys) replies. You won't think of Tamago Gohan at any rate :-). Me? I will pick "Yaki Imo" (baked Sweet potato). Super simple but hyper delicious.

Do you know the Japanese Vocaloid "Miku Hatsune"? Although the package looks very much like an otaku tool though, I read it's a very good quality program. Here is the result of Miku Hatsune on youtube. Listen to this one, see? Very good quality. Then this is funny, some use Miku on an old PC-6001mkII (1983 by NEC), and it sounds like old Techno. Cool! By the way, she became a victim of censorship by Google and her images were all deleted on Yahoo Japan too. It was a pretty big topic.

I am very sorry about the fires in California. Fires burned almost 75% size of Tokyo. In Italy, they think Aliens caused Sicily fires. This means the Italian government admits the existence of Aliens officially, right?

I can find a lot of horror news and topics. This is "Haunted swing," here is the movie someone put up on YouTube. KNBC shows the famous ghost Ghost pictures. I will pick my story again.

Yesterday, I went to Oyama Aburi Shrine and enjoyed hiking. It was hard course but I could sense very spritual healing power in the mountain.

I like this this Nifty Portal post. That guy cooks his "My special Plate" - he combined his favorite meal onto one plate. Steak, Napolitan (which is what we call the pasta with ketchup), chicken rice, sunny side up with Japanese curry sauce. Hmm high calories, but looks nice. It's close to Loco Moco. I suppose 98% of Japanese young guys will love his special plate.

Hankyu railway company restored its priority seat system. They abandonded the priority seats because they insisted "we set all seats as priority seats." However their ideal was broken. People's moral degeneration is getting worse. Girls put on make up, some listen to loud music ( I really hate the noise from headphones). These are the "Tokyo Metro moral posters." The concept is children will learn your manners. I don't like that idea; we should observe etiquette without kids, of course.

Beautiful Katamari Damacy was released today!! Since it's for X-BOX, I can't play though. I realized Namco changed the Katamari officiial web.　This is a promotion movie page, this is an online shop page (You can buy them from abroad) and this is a Pelmanism game page, when you complete it, you can download a Katamari Damacy card set. (I did.)　However I can't find a wallpaper or screen saver page anymore. So I linked to a nice private page. This is it, and his site has a lot of cute wallpapers.

I picked "the Japanese foods for doll houses" before. I found another one today. She made wax miniature foods too. Look at these fried foods; they look yummy even though they are so small. I think she used the same technique to make food samples out of wax. I understand the feeling of doll house collectors. I don't get tired of looking at miniature stuff.

Honda "car sound played by an orchestra" : Wow great, you should listen with closed eyes first.
Nissan "bomb" : grandiose figment. I wonder if it will be banned in Japan as bait advertising.
Bridgestone "suicide": ha ha ha however it's too graphic...orz.
I don't know why Japanese car makers have great ads in foreign countries. Look at this TV ads page of Toyota's official site. What boring ads! Family, smile, love and safe. HONDA ist had a little bit different type before though, now all are wearisome.
By they way, my best car ad is this "Human touch" still now. It's apparently Tokyo but I think it would be a foreign viral ad, not a Japanese one.

Look at this fried rice! Violent... only 17 people could finish this dish in one and half years after the shop opened.

Do you know this song? "Urami Bushi" is in the soundtrack of Kill Bill. That boy is on Music Idol Bulgaria. It it funny for us, because "Urami Bushi" is the song of Meiko Kaji. She is well known as a female Yakuza movie actress and singer. The lyrics of Urami Bushi are so bloody and pulpy! This is the movie of her song and this is the original jacket of the record. Such a cute boy can't match the song.

I wrote Halloween is getting popular in Japan, and actually I saw orange ornaments and party and parade information on the internet. But I don't think most people understand the meaning of the festival. On the Nifty Portal Z, she tried to make real scary Jack O Lantern with a Japanese Ghost face. Look at this, looks scary. That is exactly a chilling Jack O Lantern.

This is the site of the world tournament 07 of pen spinning. JEB is the Japan team and Bonkura is a 21 year old Kyoto Univ student. He was one of the vice chairmen of PSAJ. He passed away last month and on YouTube, the tribute video and messages were up from the world.

When I went to Taiwan last month, I had to leave toothpaste, sun block cream, etc. I didn't know we couldn't carry that tube paste stuff onto an airplane. Since those were new and expensive ones, I was so pissed. I would love to use this bag next time. Good joke right?

Osechi Ryori is Japanese New Year special food. Osechi each have a special meaning celebrating the New Year. Also, they are a sort of keepable foods during the new year holiday, because housewives could rest from cooking and the markets were closed before (I think market open on new year after the 80s). My mom cooks osechi but I will buy the box of osechi, I don't have time to cook each one. Since last week, the reservation for Osechi Ryori has started at some shops and online. Here is Pokemon Osechi, small kids will love it.

Architect Kisho Kurokawa died. He was famous for his architect thought, he was busy with politics. ご冥福をお祈りします。

I will visit my parents home tomorrow, and I am thinking I will buy a cake. The best cake shop around my home is Lilien Berg. Their cakes are nice of course, but their shop is really cute. It's like a Hobbit house!!

Kazuo Umezu is a horror manga writer, I wrote about him first in this horror make up post. But he is well know for comedy gag manga "Makoto chan" too, and his trade mark is red and white stripe. He lives in a rich area of Kichijoji. He was building a new house in the same area, but the people living in this area filed a provisional disposition about a suspension of building with the court because he painted the house with white and red stripes and set the big makoto chan face with a runny nose drop on the roof. Today the provisional disposition was rejected. :-) But I understand the neighbors feelings too. I don't want to see big snot from my window.

Kouki Kameda, Daiki Kameda, they are younger brother and father. "The Kameda family" is famous for their big mouth, bad talking the opposition and arrogant attitude. In Japan, such types have fallen into disfavor. Daiki Kameda said he would do harakiri if he lost a world title match yesterday. Then? he lost, in very shameful way. People got angry about the match. The worst part is his older brother, champion Kouki Kameda, gave this dirty advise "crash his eyes" in round 12. Here is the video in Youtube. orz....He is just 18 years old, he can be strong. Winning by breaking the rules is worthless. I have no idea how the family can think like that. There are many such rude people in the media recently. This kind of news makes me want to stay away from TV.
