What the hell is this? Hello Kitty castle in Shanghai, China. I would go crazy if I stayed there for even one night because I’d get too stressed.

The Japanese have a phrase "oyakusho shigoto" and the dictionary says that in English it means “bureaucracy” or “red tape,” does that make sense to you? Maybe it means that common public offices take a long time to work on something and need a lot of paperwork. So some city and ward offices have adopted a policy of "Sugu yaru ka," which means a "do it quickly” group whose policy is to respond and react quickly to help people's needs.
