Wow, this is cute and it healed me! I am busy this week, I’ve
had five meetings and I couldn’t eat lunch until around 4pm today, but I am
okay. Three weeks ago, I started to watch ER from season 1 and the drama makes
me feel relaxed because I am not always busy like that. Anyways, is it normal
for American people to date, have relationships and change partners among
co-workers like they do on the show?
I don't agree with this post: "Bagelheads the latest fad for Japanese teens." I
have never seen such a hell boy around me.
And one more: Damn Cool Pics has
this post: "Only in Japan." Some of the photos are taken from
the book "The Big Bento Box Of Useless Japanese Inventions"
and some are fake and some are not Japanese, but most of them are real. Can you
tell which is which?

oh thanks, ER is too dramatic. I understand it.

I think the relevant part of the question is date "like that". For example, Japanese people date and then marry co-workers too (I think OL track is meant to be like that...). But certainly ER is too dramatic -- they keep switching partners with each other and have so many issues. American work relationships are definitely not like ER :-)
Keep in mind the big difference between Japanese and American television: Japanese people like to watch people on television doing normal things they do too (like having conversation in cafe or eating food), but American like to see people on television do things they would not usually do.

Yes, people do date their co-workers like that.
What is the knocked over house in the Damn Cool Pics all about?! I'm dying to know...

I know for sure the 180SX zokusha is real:

And the Gundam statue of course. ;)
But I do see some fake ones: the first one and the sumo wrestler on skis is obviously fake...
