She is so funny! Gangoro make up.
Nissin is the maker of Cup Noodle. They have a strange on-the-job training exercise for their mid-level executives. It's a kind of mini survival training. They have to stay on an uninhabited island for three days and two nights with just some Nissin Chicken ramen, water, some flour and a piece of vinyl sheeting. The survival training is meant to develop their toughness, but it's too short, I really don't know what the purpose of that would be .

I would very much appreciate if you could compile information
including a list of links and resources on the web for the application
of facial makeup. I am very interested in a 'how to' approach which
would include tips and processes in terms of the successful
application of facial makeup.

The Nissin training really does sound like something from manga. In fact, it reminds me very much of one of the challenges in the manga (and anime) "Yakitate, Ja-pan," where contestants were dropped on an island with nothing but flour and told to make bread. I wonder if Nissin inspired this manga, or if perhaps the manga inspired Nissin.

Where did you hear about that training for Nissin executives?
It sounds like something from a manga. But you know, I can see how that would be good training for managers.
