"HOME'S", a major Japanese R.E company, has an interesting and very fascinating challenge for the public. If you clear their puzzle on the Internet and get to be a winner, you can live a high end apartment in Ayoyama or Roppongi for free for two years. The Roppongi one is called "Roppongi Duplex M's", from which you can see Roppongi Hills and Tokyo Midtown and enjoy the best night life in Tokyo. The Aoyama one is called "Tokyu Stay Aoyama Residence". You can walk to Harajuku or Shibuya, the most fashionable town in Japan. These apartment's rent would be over 4500 dollars a month. If you get it, it might be worth over 100,000 dollars.
They have English pages too, so I think you cay try. The puzzle was made by MENSA Japan and as of this date, nobody has gotten an answer. Here is the promotion video.
And this is the hint of hints. First hint says "The rent is 844,000 yen".
Second one seems to be a "Sudoku".

The rains really don't depart until late September or early October. Sometimes it stays longer.
That's why I remember standing in the rain and feeling (and smelling) like a wet dog during the days Don Shula and Jimmy Johnson were the Dolphins coaches -- because both coaches forced their teams to practice in the elements. And the media had to stand there and waadftch.
Shula would contend practicing in the rain would prepare his teams for dealing with the rain when it came down during the regular season. Johnson believed the practices in the rain toughened up his team.
