poor bear

I love to play cards. I wish I could play cards with my friends sometimes on the weekend, but it's hard to find card fans around me! My favorite card game is Daihinmin (Rich Man Poor Man), and you can play it on the Internet here. Try it.

Bear

I was surprised to see this because I thought it was a new type of creature, but it's just a poor hairless bear... He would love this bear sleeping bag.

I often read that this country doesn’t make people rich or happy at all, this is a good article by Asahi: "The poverty rate in Japan."

Koakuma Ageha is a magazine for bar hostess type girls. Generally, they wear dresses and have big "mori" hair like this. And this month, Ageha recommends a new type of hairstyle that features big hearts made of braids. Really, are they serious? Insane...

Ahhh… I was hooked on this strawberry ice cream bar that looks so gorgeous! It's a special available at "Circle K," a convenience store. In winter, expensive, high quality ice creams sell better than in the summertime. Actually, I tend to choose creamier, heavier ice creams in winter when I crave flavor, not the chill. My favorite three ice creams in the supermarket are: Yukimi Daifuku, Choco-flake bitter and Choco-Zaku (chocolate with crunchies in a puffed rice shell). I love this mochi ice cream with red bean one too.

Silver week was over

English

Do you think this is funny English? My English friend laugh a lot to see this one.

Today was the last day of my long holiday. I got a iphone for me today finally! Cause in Japan cell phone internet was useful and fast sometimes. But I am ready for iphone now. Let me know some good application, please!

I like his art very much "Ghostpatrol". I set his VOLPINEBOX as my wall paper of PC today.

This a nice pyramid shape house in Japan. The house might have power like pyramid? You know things won't go bad, rot easily in pyramid.

nice posts from the U.S

Nice articles from the US. I really love this news: "Tool Bag Lost In Space Meets Fiery End". We say that a wish made on a falling star will come true. I wonder how many people made a wish on that tool box. This is lovely too: “Woodstock concert’s undercover lovers, 40 after summer of love.”

If you like the movie "Spirited Away," you would like this set of handmade Spirited Away desktop icons. It has a warm mood.
You can instantly make anything into speaker with this kit! Suitcase, juice bottle, cardboard would sound nice, I guess.

Neta Busoku

TToday I couldn't find any good topics at Japanese sites (we say "NETA BUSOKU" in Japanese) so I will pick from foreign sites.

Thank you! "Clean and tidy, polite, quiet and uncomplaining, Japanese tourists came top of the crop for the third year running. Pushy French are world's worst tourists: study"

Wow, this looks nice: "If you look closely - it's just regular paper."

This is a pretty cool animal-body bike: "Project Nomad."

The United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights is having its 60th year anniversary and their posters are pretty good! Here they are

Ha ha ha… this is funny site: "don't judge my hair," I laughed when I found that they picked Japanese Ageha's mori hair.
On this site, you can read the top pages of newspapers from over 800 countries in the world.

leave me alone....cat

I guess the cat has the same mood as me: "well, a little bit tired. what are you looking at? leave me alone"

I read that there is a drag queen (men dressed as women) boom right now and a drag cafe called "New Type" opened in Akiba. Here is their official site and this is a photo of their staff. Hmm… cute! They are not gay, they just like dressing in drag so maybe they have girlfriends.

Dog translation system "Bowlingual" has a new version! You can tell your dog's feelings and emotions by sound.

Some from Asia

Since we have summer season soon, we will have ennichi festival soon. This is movie of Kingyo Sukui, I enjoyed to read comments of foreign people. Anyway this blog "Muza Nakamura gate to Japan" is pretty good, photos are beautiful!

I picked him "LEGO God" before in this post. He made "Battle Ship Yamato" by LEGO. This time he made "Kinkakuji" like pop-up book. Look at this! wow great!

Coke released "Coke Green tea" coke against "Pepsi Shiso". I have not treid both yet, but I prefer Shiso.

I have terrible acrophobia so I have numb on my bottom foot only to see this pictures"Daredevil Asian Construction Workers". Today I could see such Asian power, this is funny too "Chinese Dating Site On Road" and I can see Asian has unique food culture from this series ;fast food of the World "Europe", "Asia & Australia", "South & Central".

Then after a long interval, I checked uncyclopedia to check some Asian countries, but I couldn't find. But this was good "Engrish". And Japanese was version up too. I laughed at "Oberbiew written by a Japanese" part. Anyway don't miss American and Canadian. It's pretty funny too.

nothing is fun to pick today

Ahhhhhhh… nothing fun to write about today. All the blogs I bookmarked seem to be talking about E3 09 today, people love the Final Fantasy 13 demo the most. Since I am not a gamer, I can't be excited about those trailers. But I like this Final Fantasy 14 trailer. It's pretty good!

Okay, I will post two links I enjoyed reading today. "Another 16 Creative Ads in Unusual Places".

Masterstroke: Man who couldn't even draw stickmen wakes from brain surgery... as a talented artist

Anyways, I am using the "Kokuyo Dot liner," it is a glue tape and it pastes dot-like marks on paper. Kokuyo released a new stamp type. I will buy it!

Cute pets from Japan

Cutting tuna is tough work and it became a kind of performance at the Ttukiji fish market.. Nifty Portal Z had this post today. She made a tuna cutting show using a handmade stuffed tuna, cute!

Two cute pets from Japan.

I am in Goldend Week!!!

I am in lazy mode during Golden Week! I will go to my friend's home now. How many beers tonight? I don't know. Hee hee hee

This  site collects photos of hospital foods from around the world. I was so surprised to see the French one, big bread and cake! Compared to it, Japanese hospital foods are so poor and I must say the taste is bad. Here are images of hospital foods in Google Japan.

This is a promotion movie for a new Japanese horror game for the Wii "Onnen". Sorry I didn't check it out (cause it's scary).

I wrote sometimes that for Japanese, everything contains God. Most people don't think of religion much. For a person of strong faith, it'll be hard to understand. But we won't fight or have war for faith and God. I found this news today. Someone found a white snake and took it to the Police. The Police took it to a museum and there is the word "GOD" on the box that the police put the snake into.

Did you read that Death Note will be made into a real film in Hollywood! I watched the Japanese one and it was s**t. So basicaly I hope Hollywood makes it so I am excited about it. However we have the case of Dragon Ball now...so I don't know.
