Pocky have changed their CM for version with four girls. Aya Matsuura, Satomi Ishihara, Ko Shibazaki, and Yukie Nakama appear in it. Well it would cost a lot of to make this CM. but what a stupid CM. I think they could make it in a better way. Why did Ayaya ( Matsuura's nick name) eat such? Finally people will be getting tired of Ayaya 's comical way. I suppose the Pigeon Costume was pretty. But you know this Pritz was strange enough. Then they made buon giorno! version later. Too much. (We say mo kekko!)
Anyway some food makers changed their CM into autumn/winter version. I could sense another cold season has come, when I see this House Stew CM. Ah this new product looks nice. if you have rice cooker, you can make rice with vegetables, autumn special for us so easy. Looks delicious right? And new Rao made new type ramen, this looks so delicious too .
Ohh great post Mari, I enjoyed all those great links. Although this gender diffrence in commercial products have been cultural phenominon has been going on around the world for a long long time I just find it really amusing that Japanese marketers would go so far as consider gender diffrences even up to candies and chocolate sticks. Maybe I'm missing something here but the Pocky flavors for both sexes taste equally good. :D

the link for that commercial at least that's what I got from the properties...macromedia stuff can be a bit of a pain, but it's a nice way to move content without eating too much bandwidth. some really nice GUI's made with it on the web. ;) I think the sumo thing was kind of artsy. ^0^
