Kevin

I love mentaiko pan.

MePea

When I was in Okinawa I would eat this braded (sort of) bread that came in regular and cinnamon flavor. I would buy it at Jusco. It was almost a combination of bread and a croissant in that it was very flaky bread. Does anybody have any idea on what this might be or how I can get a recipe for it?
Thanks!

We have a Japanese bakery called Sun Moulin that sells Anpan and all the other weird Japanese pan in Malaysia too! They are partners with Isetan departmental store.

Greetings from Malaysia. Watashiwa Malaysia jin. Nihongo o benkyo shimasu!

I loved the bread when I was over in Japan, I had it for breakfast nearly every morning (at the cafeteria).

Uhm... you should try a good Italian bakery! ;-)
