An Amecian boy came to Japan to be an ENKA singer. He said he first started to sing Enka to please his Japanese grandma. This year, he made it and his song is a hit on the charts. Here is his music video. The video is a little bit funny because it's a mix of Enka and hip hop, but he can sing ENKA very well!
This is a real Enka song. ha ha ha her face is beautiful but scary 顔こわいって
.
This is a good song I think

My friends had a baby last week. The baby girl's name is Nico. It means "child of Nippon" (Japan). I asked the parents what they wanted for Nico as a congratulation gift, and they replied that they want something with The Velvet Underground print. It is easy to find such T-shirts for adults, but it is very very hard to find baby clothes or baby nappy holders with such a design. I tried to order it from the print shop but they refused my order because of copyright infringement!! So I decided to use an "iron-on" print. I went to "Tokyu Hands" and of course I could find it easily ( I believe that I can find anything I need at that shop.) But I realized it is hard to find simple white clothes for babies. Most clothes have some print or pattern. Tomorrow I have to go to a store to find simple white baby clothes. Wow it's big job :-)
In Belgium, the Netherlands and France we also use the name Nico, but here it is always a boys' name. It's the short form of the name Nicolas. The girls' version would be Nicole (or variations of that).
