I picked horror manga write Kazuo Umezu built a his trademark "white and red stripe house". His neighbors filed suit to stop the building cause his house spoil the view of the area. Yesterday a court dismiss a claim against Kazuo Umezu. Yes! he won. The court said we don't have any law to regulate design of house. And his house doesn't damage view of the area. I understand the judgement but I understand the feeling of neighbours too. Here is his house. You like it? But it won't be so bad and big like an ugly buidling (I think it's worst buisling in Tokyo) "Hinomaru car school"

Hahaha, I know about the Hinomaru Car School! I used to see it everyday when I was studying in Japan last year. It's so strange!
I found your blog from a website, "japanprobe.com." I like it a lot, it's very interesting. Keep up the good work!

Yotsubato is great. The stories are lovely and the artwork is great too.
I have it in English and Japanese editions. I use the Japanese to help learn kanji because it has furigana.
English editions stopped at no.5 unfortunately.
