Motoi Yamamoto is a Japanese artist, his SALT series is made with white table salt. It's beautiful.
The T-shirt shop Ultra-Violence sells JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure T-shirts, check out the T-shirt page, it's very artistic.
I enjoyed reading some foreign message board’s reviews about Japanese products. They talked about Japanese straight perms. I am not sure why they say that the Japanese perm is the best. What is the difference? This hair iron sold very well, it can make hair straight or curly without damaging it and can even makes your hair shiny! I want it!
This is the Mr. Bento (lunch box) page on Amazon, people praised this product very much in their reviews. That lunch box is almost the same price in Japan too. I use a slim type bento because it is easy to carry in my bag. Talking about bentos, because of the "chara-ben boom," there are a lot of chara-ben items available in online shops.
This is a writing pen, you can fill it with ketchup or nori tsukudani (seaweed paste) and draw something on rice. This and this are face punches, you can cut nori, cucumber, or sausage into a smiley face. There are an pan man molds, doraemon molds, and hello kitty molds. But recently, chara-ben have started to get more complex. The boom will be over soon, who can devote so much time into making such a bento in the morning!
Lastly, I will write about this forum. I was surprised to find that it is becoming common sense to take off your shoes before entering a house in North America. If I live in the US in the future, I will take off my shoes. I love having a clean floor so that I can lie down to watch TV on the floor :-)

THE. GENESIS OF THOROUGHGOING HEALTHINESS Idiosyncratic years in feature of I started my Unconditional Fettle program in 1996,1 had the lonely curb as a doctor of chiropractic to job in a medical offices with doctors who specialized in upon practice. Ketchup has health benefits which are offset by the salt and sugar content. Ketchup is a source of lycopene, an antioxidant which may help prevent some forms of cancer. This is particularly true of the organic brands of ketchup.

I grew up in Southeast Asia, and we take off our shoes when entering the house. I moved to the UK a year ago, and people wear their shoes indoors. If they come to our house, I get really twitchy when they step inside with their shoes on! On the other hand, when they invite us to their home, the carpet is so dirty I'm afraid to take my shoes off (even in the bedroom!), and I spend the rest of the visit feeling very uncomfortable.

Canadians take off their shoes when we enter a house. It's been this way at least since I was born in the 80s. I'm pretty sure my parent's generation too. I'm not sure why the Japanese think that we wear shoes in the house. It's silly! Especially since we have snow for half the year. Snow and slush in the house = bad!

You take off your shoes, that's good to know. yes I agree wearing shoes in house could be unhealthy for foot.

In the US, it has indeed become common sense to take off one's shoes before entering a house. My wife and I have practiced this for the last 15 years or so.
Some say that the lead from burned gasoline has made its way into the environment, and from there it gets on our shoes. Wearing shoes inside the home may cause lead particles to accumulate in carpets. It could be very unhealthy.
