I bet you have heard this music before.
What do you call this music? We call it "I Stepped on the Cat!" in Japanese. Wikipedia says that this song has 28 different titles throughout the world. In Japan, it has funny lyrics:
I stepped on the cat, I stepped on the cat, I stepped on the cat so she scratched me with her nails. I stepped on the cat, I stepped on the cat, so she cried... something like that.
I went to the Katsushika Shibamata area, it's one of the locations from the movie Otoko wa Tsurai yo, which was directed by Yoji Yamada. "Otoko wa Tsurai yo" is the longest film series in the world with 48 episodes released in 26 years. Every New Year's, we would have a new Tora-san movie, watching the Tora-san movie signifies the first laugh of the year for old Japanese people. To be honest, I won't recommend going to Shibamata, if you aren't nearby, it won't be anything special unless you like Tora-san. But for many old Japanese people, this place touches their hearts.

That's not chopsticks here in the US. This is another song that you played (besides Chopsticks) when you were learning piano.

In the UK we call this song 'chopsticks'.
It's known as the first song you learn on piano.
On investigation, wiki says it's called the 'flea waltz' (and that 'chopsticks' is a different song.)
Another example where wikipedia is wrong. Chopsticks is it's name. End of.
