Is this a German toy? To "poop-obsessed" Japanese people, it'd be very cute.
I found out that one of my favorite movies was uploaded on YouTube: "Josee the Tiger and the Fish p1 of 15"

Today's amazing video. What evil birds! Look at this. I laughed when I read the highest rated comment: "black cat=North Korea, white cat=South Korea, birds=America."
This is the page for "The Pop-up Book of Sex" on Amazon Japan, which is suggested as a gag gift for Xmas. Anyways, I found it weird that the "Customers Who Bought This Item Also Bought" listed Saint Young men... orz... why?
Ha ha ha ha, I love this! "Hello Kitty Fetus."

The Exorcist Amigurumi. Oh? Amigurumi? It's a Japanese toy, Wiki even has a page about them! Amigurumi have a yuru chara charm to them, how do I say... they don't emphasize quality and are always very approachable. In Yahoo! Japan auctions, amigurumi are popular items and I like to check them out sometimes.

Ginza Kyubey: Art Director Doug Lloyd from NY picked this sushi place for his hot spot. He said that he can feel at home in Japan when he sits down and eats sushi at the counter. To be honest, even normal Japanese people can't afford to go to this type of sushi place, where your dinner bill won't be less than $100.
Cow Books: Hotel Owner Alex Calderwood from Seattle picked the bookstore Cow Books. It's a small bookstore that specializes in art and is located beside the Meguro river. You can sit down and read books in the store and it's also nice to walk along the riverside, especially in spring during cherry blossom season.
Tokyu Hands: Roman Coppola picked Tokyu Hands. I write about this place often, so I completely agree with his choice. You can spend a few hours here no problem.
Shinjuku Gyoen: Make-up artist Tom Pecheux picked this big park in Tokyo. Though it's located in the center of Tokyo, it is very calm and silent and beautiful. Some parks in Japan are only open during the day, so please check out their hours before you go.
Higashiyama Tokyo: Opening Ceremony's CEO Humbert Leon picked this Japanese restaurant as his hot place in Tokyo. I have never been there, but it looks like a fashionable Japanese restaurant where dinner would be $100 or so. Well, I don't have any interest in this place though.
Other hot spots include the discount shop Don Quijote, 70's music bar Grandfather in Shibuya, and men's clothing store "United Arrows" in Roppongi. I really hope you can find your favorite place in Tokyo.

Studio Ghibli will release new short animation "Mr. Dough and the Egg Princess" but unfortunately the short films shown exclusively at the Ghibli Museum Saturn Theater. Here are some photo of the movie...Sounds like Moyasimon: Tales of Agriculture
Talking about Ghibli, do you know Hayao Miyazaki made music video for Japanese band "Chage and Aska" long long time ago. Here is the video. This looks nice.
I love this site "Who killed Bambi?". I checked sometimes and I have never missed to find something funny. Today's my choice is this one. I really like this kind of dark mood :-) and birds are always the best motif for some scary mood design. Love this one.
I set this one on my Yahoo messenger photo.

This site: "Bachelor of Arts" has Top 50 Japanese Food Blogs list and she picks my blog too. Thank you very much.
"JAPANESE VANNING MADNESS". I didn't know the word vanning. Wiki has only Japanese page and it says vanning is the custom method way of mini van or panel van, then originally it has originated in the U.S.
Another car topic, here is an information page of the women only long-route bus. What a crazy design....orz.
I was so impressed to this video. Road machine. they say it can make 400m road a day. It's great!! they make road like printed out.

The world TV ad festival in Tokyo will be held in this weekend. It's a all-night event to watch best TV ad on theater and it's Japanese version of "The night of AD eateres" that is created and produced since 1981 by Jean Marie Boursicot. Here are some ads that staffs recommend on the site.
I like this idea very much. I don't like colorful deodorants, why they make those things in light color like lavender or pink or light green. Good job MUJI.
This CD looks very good. Clementine's "Bossa Du Anime". Very cute and fashinable! You can listen samples.
