Nearly 25 percent of overweight women in the US misperceive their body weight. It's interesting that in Japan, only 3% of the population is actually overweight, but most women say "I need lose weight" and are on diets. Why don't we have an obesity problem? It's a matter of food quality and portion control. I laughed when I read this post: "Japan, size of food" and the comments.
