Kaiten sushi in Taiwan, hmm... big salmon!! Personally, I like to enjoy many different types of sushi, so I love small portions of rice and fish (but not necessarily thin slices, it's a matter of balance you know). I guess when you try real sushi at a good sushi place, you can tell what sushi is truly supposed to be like. Even Japanese people hardly ever get to eat real nice sushi. Kyubei Ginza is a proper high end place, but I have never visited it in my life.
