ぶれない "Burenai" is a verb meaning physically "Unshakable" basically. We often use "Burenai" to express someone who carries out his or her intentions in positive. A guy is very well know as a burenai cooking guy on the biggest recipe site “cookpad” in Japan.
He uploads his"the day after pay day cooking recipe” and ”the day before pay day recipe" too. A gap between before and after is funny and his recipes are picked up often on the internet, of course nobody try his recipe though.

Widipedia blog wikimedia had an interesting post last week. It's Pick and choose and Pikachu: 20 years after Pokémon launched, its impact on Wikipedia remains.
Did you know Pokemon Test? It's a kind of criterion to decide to make a new page on wiki. I have never haeard it before and acutally wiki page doesn't have Japaenese page.

Kushiage is is a Japanese dish of fried skewered meat and vegetables. In Japanese, kushi means the skewers used while katsu means a fried foods with breadcrumbs. When you visit Tokyo, I recommend Kushiage all-you-can-eat restaurants. Especially the place you can fry by yourself. Kushiya monogatari is such place. You can fry and eat as much as you want Kushiage by 2800yen. There are 12 shops in Tokyo area now. Here is the video that introduce the Odaiba shop in TV show.
